Returns

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it.
Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.

Once the returned item has been received and checked, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the product within 14 days and place a new order.

Gift cards are available for purchase.

They are delivered by email and can be used to shop any item at NONO.
